Elevatus (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Lipid Risk Predictor app (“App”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information on iOS and Android.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information: Name and email address collected at registration. Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In are also supported.
Health & Clinical Data: Patient data you enter (lipid profiles, age, sex, blood pressure, medications) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
Subscription & Payment Data: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only a subscription receipt via RevenueCat to verify your entitlement. We never access payment card details.
Usage Analytics: Anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g. feature counts) may be collected to improve the App. This cannot identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
To authenticate your account and maintain secure sessions.
To verify your subscription and grant access to premium features.
To sync your subscription state across devices using your account ID.
To provide customer support when you contact us.
To improve App performance using anonymised analytics.
To notify you of important policy or App changes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Third-Party Services
Account and subscription data is stored via trusted third-party services:

Health data (patient assessments, lipid values, risk scores) is stored exclusively in your device’s local storage sandbox and is never sent to any server.
Data Security
All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
Local health data is stored in the App’s sandboxed local storage, inaccessible to other apps.
Firebase Auth tokens refresh automatically and are stored securely.
We recommend enabling your device’s biometric lock (Face ID / fingerprint) for additional protection.
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we apply industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete your account and all associated server-side data.
Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App.
To delete your account, visit our account deletion page or email cognitoapp2026@gmail.com. Health data stored locally can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in your device settings.
Children’s Privacy
The App is a professional medical tool intended solely for licensed healthcare providers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at cognitoapp2026@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. For significant changes we will notify you via email or an in-app notification.
Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
